Our staff at Eco Spa are dedicated to providing you, our visiting spa guest with a relaxed & calming atmosphere throughout your time spent with us. The following information is intended to enhance your experience with us

To simplify all Eco Spa appointment bookings, we kindly ask that you have your credit card and/or gift voucher number handy at the time of your enquiry to secure your reservation.

BOOKINGS

Please contact us on 9535 7775 or alternatively email us at info@ecospamandurah.com.au for your next spa booking. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you reserve your Eco Spa booking well in advance of your preferred date to ensure that we can meet your specific requirements.

 

On the day of your treatment we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, the length of your service may need to be adjusted to avoid our therapists running late for their next scheduled guest.  Please note discounts for shortened services do not apply and to avoid disappointment we ask you to please plan ahead accordingly.

DEPOSITS

As our therapists and services are very much in demand we ask for your understanding that treatments over 60 minutes in length, as well as group bookings require a 50% deposit be paid via credit card.  If you are the recipient of an Eco Spa Gift Voucher please have your voucher number handy when making your appointment as it is considered a deposit for your booking. At the time of your booking, 50% of the value of your service will be deducted from your voucher value.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your spa treatment and service time with our therapist is reserved especially for you. We understand that occasionally you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your appointment time may be rescheduled to a future date. Any funds paid as per the terms of your deposit clause will be transferred to the next appointment date.  If the appointment is cancelled and not rescheduled, you may request a refund of any deposit fund. Cancellations advised with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit funds previously paid.

Failure to notify or your cancellation/reschedule will incur the full fee of the service as scheduled. All terms and conditions relating to deposit and cancellation policy are provided to you at the time of your booking.  By scheduling your appointment, you accept the terms and conditions of our policies.

 

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Gift vouchers are an ideal and thoughtful present for a deserving recipient.  Choose from our large selection of treatment services or simply nominate a monetary amount of your choice.

Gift vouchers can be set aside for collection, posted or emailed, whichever suits best.

Purchased packages & gift vouchers are non-refundable however we do accept transfer to another guest of your choice.

You will be required to quote your gift voucher number at the time of your booking (if by telephone) or present if booking in person as the deposit amount will be deducted to secure your treatment.

All gift vouchers have a strict 6 month expiry period from date of purchase and must be redeemed prior to this date. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers cannot be refunded or replaced.

 

HEALTH

As your health, well-being and safety is of the utmost importance to us, you will be asked to complete a confidential ‘Treatment Disclosure Form’. Our highly trained staff will ensure that your booked service is appropriate by paying particular attention to questions regarding any potential medical conditions.

Clients suffering from flu, intoxication or transmittable infections will not be permitted to have treatments at Eco Spa as it is not advisable for your own health, nor is it safe for the well-being of our staff. If you arrive unwell and we cannot safely proceed with your treatment, our cancellations policy applies.

 

PRIVACY / MODESTY CONCERNS

It is never required that you are undressed in front of anyone at Eco Spa. Towels are provided and can keep you covered at all times. Therapists are well trained in the “art of draping” and will always leave the treatment room whilst you get under the sheet on the massage table. You will be covered at all times except for the area of the body that is being massaged or treated. Therapists also discreetly leave the treatment room before you get up from the table.

 

NOT SURE WHAT TO WEAR?

If it is your first time at Eco Spa, feel free to ask our friendly receptionist or therapist how you should be dressed for your chosen treatment. We want to ensure that you are comfortable, so please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

 

MOBILE PHONES

We kindly ask that your mobile phone is set to silent, vibrate or switched off upon arrival at Eco Spa. If you are a guest at our Wellness Spa please remember to speak softly to ensure the comfort of our other guests during their own relaxation treatment. Should you wish to make or take a phone call, please inform your therapist so that you can do so with privacy. Please note phone calls may affect the length of your spa treatments.

 

CHILDREN

To ensure we can maintain our calm and relaxing atmosphere and ensure the safety of your child and our staff, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to Eco Spa. Children under the age of 16 enjoying their own spa treatments are very welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. If your child is between the ages of 16-18 we ask for parental consent prior to treatment commencement. 

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please ensure that you secure your personal belongings or leave your valuables at home. Eco Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY

We believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your therapist will remain confidential, as will all information disclosed on your ‘Treatment Disclosure Form’.

Furthermore, client and email lists are confidential and are never shared with outside companies.
